"Answer! Daily Double!"
PLEEASSSSEEE someone tell me WHY WHY WHY does Trebek say, “Answer! Daily Double!” on Jeopardy?!?! It’s bothered me for years. Why not just “Daily Double!”? It’s not like he’s telling them that clue is an answer… it’s Jeopardy… duh… Is it a command? “(You) answer!” ALKSDJFA;KDSFJA;DFJ Does this make sense to anyone?
